So you have upgraded to Myspace V2.0 and decided with the rest of the world that you don’t like it and want to switch back to Myspace V1.

So you remeber when you upgraded and Myspace told you:

“When you upgrade to profile 2.0, we’ll save a copy of your 1.0 profile for 90 days so you can play around with 2.0 without worrying about messing up your old profile.”

Well that’s good new for you so you can switch back and you have lost nothing, just follow the 3 simple steps below.

1. go to your Themes & Layouts.

2. Then click on the go back icon top right of the screen.

3. You are then presented with your go back options, you want to Switch to Profile 1.0

Switch to Profile 1.0

After one final confirmation screen you will be back to the good old Myspace V1 and enjoying Myspace just like you did before.

So you want to know how to hide your friends box on Myspace?

Here is the code you need to place in your profile page.

This code will work on Myspace 1.0 only

To remove your friends box on Myspace 2.0 go to Profile -> Themes & Layouts, when the top nav bar loads click on Modules and click on the yellow smiley face above the friends space icon.
